  4. Delays may occur during high volume periods.

International Shipping

  1. CoverOnSale.in ships internationally.
  2. Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight and delivery location.
  3. Customers can view shipping costs during checkout.

Cash on Delivery and Service Area

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select areas.
  2. Pre-payment is required for areas outside our serviceable area.

Delivery Delays

  1. Natural calamities, national holidays, or regulatory constraints may cause delays.
  2. We appreciate your understanding during such events.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

  1. A Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s) will be sent after shipping.
  2. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damaged Shipments

  1. Contact us immediately to initiate a claim.
  2. Retain packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection.

Inspection and Proof of Delivery

  1. Courier partners may inspect shipments upon request.
  2. Proof of delivery or documentation will be provided within 7 days.

Undeliverable Shipments

  1. Shipments may be deemed undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  2. Recipient refusal also constitutes undeliverable shipments.

Information Accuracy

  2. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information.

Environmental Responsibility

Change of Delivery Address

  1. Changes can be accommodated within 12 hours of order confirmation.

Delivery Attempts

  1. A maximum of three delivery attempts will be made.
  2. After three unsuccessful attempts, the shipment will be considered rejected.
